1 General Terms & Definitions

Dike win (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider operating through the website https://dikewin.net. 3 Betting Rules

• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• A lost internet connection does not automatically void a bet.
• If odds change, the bet may need to be reconfirmed at the updated odds.
• In Live Betting, payouts will be held until the outcome of the event is confirmed.
• Any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be voided.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, stakes are generally refunded. However, where a certain amount of play has been completed, dike win reserves the right to determine the result under exceptional circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Dike win supports a range of secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through encrypted connections, and users' financial information is never shared with third parties.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is 24 to 72 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold while a suspicious transaction is under investigation.

Dike win does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are solely the user's responsibility. For withdrawals, separate limits may apply depending on the method used.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Dike win regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (x5 to x30).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Using bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Expired promotional codes will no longer be valid for use.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack an account or steal another member's information.

• Manipulating the betting system through group collusion or syndicate activity.
• Submitting false KYC information or fraudulent documents.
• Using another member's account credentials or sharing accounts with others.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Dike win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.

• If KYC verification fails or required information is not submitted within the specified timeframe.
